  1. The K-types of all strains were determined with wzi sequencing. The sequence types (ST) were evaluated using the Institut Pasteur MLST database [1]. The lytic spectrums of phage P5054 and depolymerase K57-Dpo8 were assessed on all 16 K. pneumoniae isolates using drop tests (-, no plaques or halos; + , showed plaques or halos)
